By downloading or using the Şantiye Defteri application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Şantiye Defteri is a mobile application that allows you to manage daily logs, personnel, equipment, and expenses on construction sites. The service may be offered as a free tier and/or paid (Premium) subscription, as described in the App and on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Account and Registration

  • To use the App, you may need to register and provide email address, phone number, and full name. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (e.g., password) secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Free plan: You may use the App with the limitations described in the App and on the store listing.
  • Premium plan: Any paid subscription is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment and renewal are governed by Apple's or Google's respective terms.
  • Prices, subscription periods (e.g., monthly/yearly), and cancellation terms are displayed in the App and on the store page before purchase.
  • To cancel a subscription, you must do so through your device settings (Subscriptions). Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
  • Use automated means to scrape data or otherwise harm the App or our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its interface, logo, and content, is owned by Collabry Software and Information Inc. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We recommend that you keep your own backups of important data.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated via the App or by email. The current Terms will always be available at this page or via the link in the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may also permanently delete your account from within the App (e.g., Profile → Close My Account).

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes, the courts and execution offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
